A. HOW TO ORDER?PRE-ORDER PROCESSSTEP 1. Fill out the pre-order form. Ensure all details are complete and accurate before submitting.STEP 2. Wait for a copy of your order confirmation, which will be sent automatically by Cognito Form or Jotform via email. Once received, review all details (such as the username and Order ID), then review your order carefully.STEP 3. Settle your payment on or before the stated deadline by completing the attached payment form in the carrd, which is also included in the automated order confirmation sent through your respective emails.STEP 4. Once your orders are packed and ready to ship, we'll send a shipping notice through your email. With that, you can pay the shipping fee and fill out the shipping form with your details. You can submit the form at any time, depending on when you want your order to be shipped. The earlier you complete it, the sooner your order will be shipped once packed.STEP 5. Once your items are shipped, tracking numbers will be updated in the master list.

E. How long will it take for my order/s to arrive?Estimated arrival of Items are usually stated in our pre-order form or the main post. Production and shipment of your orders usually takes around 2-3 weeks after the stated dop. It may take 4-5 weeks if there are any delays or a high volume of orders.However, if it's an on-hand item, you don't need to wait that much because we can ship your order immediately.You can track or check all the updates and status of your orders through our update account @rineclicks, public masterlist, and the tag #enclickupdates

⤷ No unboxing video = no refund♡ Missed your DOP? Late fee is ₱30/day (max of 5 days). No response after that = name will be blacklisted in the masterlist.
